Rooms, sunset and a studio where writers, poets and artists come to stay and make meaningful work. Their essence, captured artfully in photographs. Their message, filmed beautifully. Then we make sure the world sees it. All while enjoying good food, good company, and a great view.
There are four ways to be part of the project.
Connect me with work through Signature Content Studio. Simply make an introduction, and if it lands, you'll take 10% of the creative fee on everything the client spends for two years. No cap, no catch, and nothing out of pocket.
See the studio 2 Ten spots · 2027 · $10,000One complete photography production, bought now and made next year. Four days of creative plus $4,000 of add-ons, not included with any normal shoot. Only ten spots available.
See the ten 3 From $10,000 · up to five yearsYour capital comes back with 5% interest compounded annually, and you earn shoot days on top for every year it stays in. All in, between 12% and 16% a year depending on the size.
See the terms 4 Give it awayChoose somebody whose mission deserves to be seen, and pay for their story to be told properly. They get a world-class production. You get to stay in the room, or stay invisible. Entirely your call.
